7. Permanent Part Time Medical Officer : 46 posts

Application Fee : Rs.500/- (for SC/ST/PWD Rs.100/- only) to be deposited in any branch of SBI by a prescribed deposit slip and get receipt up to 23/06/2011. Details of the payment should be entered in online application form.
